About us

Originally founded in 1993 La Truffe Noir has provided consulting services to some of Australia's largest companies. 

Our goal has always been to leave our client with an effective solution as quickly as possible - we do not want to become part furniture. We aim to manage ourselves out of a job by driving our projects to completion in a timely fashion - we rely on our  reputation to secure future work.

Originally focused on business process improvement and driving organisational change through IT, we have expanded to encompass a number of e-commerce and CRM projects.

Our name is inspired by the Perigord Black Truffle, Tuber melanosporum, that most prized of edible delicacies that can only be found by grubbing around in the dirt. We feel that oftentimes the only way to secure the prize of a truly successful systems or software deployment is to get down and dig amongst the details.
